NovemButte Beard and Stash is a fun month-long fundraiser to support the important work of the Community Action Agency of Butte County one whisker at a time. This year we are asking people to help people and change lives by growing a beard to raise money to support the expansion of our North State Food Bank.
The North State Food Bank is the hub of a 10,000-square-mile food distribution network that provides food to more than 5,000 individuals per month who face food insecurity across Butte and beyond. This network is built from a collaborative partnership of more than 50 non-profit, faith-based, volunteer, and community groups that distribute food in their communities.
Expanding the NSFB will allow us to expand this network and the impact we make together.
